but with a twist. Instead of using traditional sugar and lemon, they incorporate lemon liquor, resulting in a delightful two-in-one ingredient substitution. It’s a refreshing and innovative drink that perfectly com- plements the Thai cuisine.
For my main course, I ordered the Pad Kee Mao Chicken Noodle, and it was absolutely delicious. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the flavours of the dish were well-balanced. Each bite was a delightful explosion of Thai spices and aromas.
Apart from the fantastic food, the staff at Mum Likes Thai Food were friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes. They provided excellent service and were happy to answer any questions I had. Their passion for Thai cuisine was evident, and it added to the overall positive dining experience.
