There are many ways to eat Manti in London that comes directly from Turkey or includ- ing the popular Kayseri Mantisi (Manti from the Anatolian city of Kayseri). The dish is known for its tiny size and a tangy to- mato sauce drizzled over the garlic yogurt.
Try this recipe for Kayseri Mantisi at home for a taste of Turkish regional cuisine and a new twist on Italian-style ravi- oli. All you need is a rolling pin or a pasta machine. Or, go the easier route and purchase pre- made wonton wrappers.
You can also purchase Manti as a ready mail and prepare it at your home for yourself.
The nice thing about Manti is that you can buy it as a pack- age like pasta, you can store it in your freezer and prepare the sauce when you want to eat it, and you can easily make it at home.
