Ann earned a BA in Psychology at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Became an LVN and then
an RN. Then received an MA in Counseling from the University of San Francisco. She has been working as a psychotherapist (Marriage and Family Therapist) since 1993 both in mental health agencies and her own private practice.
She began incorporating spirituality into her coun- seling work when clients said no one was talking about this subject in their lives. She has felt for many years that attending to and integrating body, mind, emotions, and spirit are all important to being a whole person and assisting a person in living a life of joy, peace and love.
In addition, she has led group meditations for many years and taught classes in various spiritual subjects.
Celebrating our human diversity, Ann adheres strongly to the idea that there are many ways to our spiritual evolution. She honors everyone’s experi- ence and inclination and supports each person in their unique style.
