The quality of dishes and ser- vices are excellent, tasty,no fancy decoration just simple. Their service is very good, friendly, warm, welcoming.
Millennium atmosphere is very good, friendly, comfort- able and relaxed. The lighting is right both day and evening. And table settings is perfect. Food, the atmosphere and environment all togerher are enjoyable.

Millennium Balti’s lamb dish- es are very popular in the town. It is cooked to perfection, very soft and tender. It’s marinated in ginger and garlic first with yo- ghurt to soften it, then cooked at very low heat very slowly.
They have unusual dishes too, like chicken or lamb mustard, which is prov- ing very popular, tasty curry with slightly bitter tasted and slightly spiced. Mustard seeds are washed then fried then some are ground, and some remain whole which is then made into paste using herbs and spic- es then mixed together with either chicken or lamb.
They also do chicken and lamb SHAT- KORA, using very unique Bangladeshi citrus fruit “SHATKORA” which is only grown in Bangladesh. They use fresh shat- kora which is available in local Bangla- deshi shop. They do honey chicken which is dry dish using chicken breast pieces which is with onions which are caramel- ized, sugar, honey; the cooking has to be perfect for this specially the timing as hon- ey and sugar can get burnt if overcooked. We do a vegetarian shashlik which is also very popular and filling. Using mix vege- tables, with paneer and fresh mushrooms, a dry dish with onions, pepper and toma- toes grilled in the tandoori clay oven. Very tasty and fresh.
We enjoyed visiting Millennium Balti in Leamington Spa. I’d recommend it as a nice place to go with friends and family. Don’t forget the visit Millennium Balti if you visiting Coventry and Warwickshire.
