The Yeti programme was one of Powder Byrne’s pioneering child-focused initiati- ves. How do you think it has influenced the company’s reputation and success?
The Yeti programme has certainly helped grow the company’s reputation over the years. It was one of the first dedicated chil- dren’s ski programmes in the luxury sector, and it sets the highest benchmark for what family travel could look like.
It demonstrated that children deserve the same level of thought, service and exper- tise as adults, and that parents travel better when they know their children are not only safe, but thriving and having fun. We are very proud to have developed the skiing of thousands of children through our Yeti pro- gramme over the years and are now seeing these Yetis returning as adults with their own children to travel with Powder Byrne.
Yeti became the foundation of our rep- utation for exceptional family ski care. It
is still entirely run in-house, staffed by our own hand-picked teams, and offers the best staff-to-child ratios in the mountains. Its success proved that our meticulous, personal approach creates loyalty that lasts genera- tions and gets better every year.
