T
ch—assessing facial proportions, skin health,
and the aging process to recommend subtle,
natural-looking treatments. I also prioritise
regenerative medicine, which helps stimulate
the body’s natural healing processes, leading
to more authentic and long-lasting results. It’s
about refinement, not transformation.
You are the UK Trainer for innovative
treatments such as the O Shot and Vam-
pire Facial. Could you explain the science
behind these procedures and the benefits
they offer?
Both the O Shot and Vampire Facial use
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, which
harnesses the body’s natural healing power.
PRP is derived from a patient’s own blood
and is rich in growth factors that stimulate
tissue regeneration.
The O Shot is a revolutionary treatment for
women’s intimate health. It can help with is-
sues like vaginal dryness, low libido,
and even stress incontinence
by rejuvenating tissue and
improving blood flow.
The Vampire
Facial, on the
other hand, is a
skin-rejuvena-
tion treatment
that combines
microneed-
ling with
PRP to boost
collagen
production,
improve skin
texture, and
reduce fine
lines.
Both work with
the body’s natural
ability to repair and
regenerate.
Congratulations on
the success of your book about the P
Shot! What inspired you to write it, and
how do you think it contributes to raising
awareness about this treatment?
Thank you! I wrote my book on the P
Shot because I wanted to break the stigma
around men’s intimate health and educate
people about the benefits of regenerative
medicine. Erectile dysfunction, for example,
is incredibly common, but many men suffer
in silence due to embarrassment or lack of
awareness about treatment options. The P
Shot uses PRP to improve blood flow, tissue
regeneration, and sensitivity—helping men
regain confidence and intimacy without re-
sorting to medication or invasive procedures.
My goal with the book was to provide clear,
science-backed information in a way that’s
accessible and empowering.
Staying updated on new developments
is essential in your field. Are there any
advancements or trends in aesthetic

medicine that particularly excite you at
present?
Regenerative medicine continues to be an
exciting area, and I believe it’s the future
of aesthetics. Treatments that stimulate
the body’s natural healing processes—like
exosome therapy, fractional microneedling,
and PRP—are becoming more sophisticated
and effective. I’m also closely following
developments in biohacking and how lifestyle
interventions can work alongside aesthetic
treatments for optimal results. Another trend
I’m excited about is the growing emphasis
on holistic aging—not just treating lines and
wrinkles but looking at overall well-being,
hormone balance, and skin health in a more
integrated way.
What advice would you offer to individu-
als considering an aesthetic treatment,
especially when it comes to choosing the
right practitioner?
Do your research! With the lack of regu-
lation in the UK, it’s crucial to ensure that
the person performing your treatment is a
qualified medical professional. Look for so-
meone with proper training, experience, and
a good reputation—ideally, a doctor, nurse,
or dentist specializing in aesthetics. Always
check before-and-after photos, ask about
the products they use, and make sure they
provide thorough consultations. A responsible
practitioner will never rush you into a pro-
cedure and will always prioritise your safety
and natural results.
Patient safety and informed decision-ma-
king are clearly important to you. How
do you ensure that your patients feel
confident and empowered when selecting
a treatment?
Education is key. I always take the time to
explain treatments in detail, including the
benefits, risks, and realistic expectations. I
encourage my patients to ask questions and
never feel pressured into making a deci-
sion. Additionally, I believe in a holistic
approach—understanding their concerns,
lifestyle, and long-term goals to tailor the
best treatment plan. By fostering an open,
honest dialogue, I ensure that my patients feel
confident, empowered, and in control of their
choices.
