The presentation was vibrant, and the flavors were robust, truly capturing the essence of Turkish cuisine.
Next, I indulged in the Sigara Böreği, a Turkish cigar borek that left me utterly enchanted. Priced at £6.50, this savory pastry featured a delicate and flaky yufka dough wrapped around a filling of feta cheese and parsley. The combination of textures and flavors was simply divine. The pastry was crispy and light, provid- ing a satisfying crunch, while the filling added a tangy and slightly salty note that harmonized perfectly.
