Over the next decade, this demands visionaries blending tech innovation with strategic purpose to solve unique scale and compliance challenges, delivering lasting value beyond quick and temporary fixes.
What inspired you to establish TECHVED Consul- ting, and how did you overcome challenges during the early years?
TECHVED was born in 2007 from a pas- sion to empower businesses with user expe- rience design and digital innovation during
a time these concepts were still budding in India. The inspiration came from spotting the gap in customer-centric digital solutions amid India’s digital boom. We conquered initial barriers like limited local recognition and lean resources through unwavering com- mitment to quality delivery and design-led engineering, turning our bold vision into a force serving Fortune 500 giants.
Can you share examples of how your innovative solutions have transformed industries like ban- king, healthcare, or retail?
In the BFSI sector, TECHVED built AI-integrated platforms for major Indian banks, streamlining UPI-compliant inter- faces and cutting fraud for rural users. For healthcare, our UX/UI redesigns and AR/ VR telemedicine apps bridged urban-rural gaps, boosting patient engagement during COVID surges. In retail & e-commerce, we optimized omnichannel journeys for tier 2 and tier 3 cities, using data-driven personali- zation to lift conversions, serving ecosystem partners amid India’s multifaceted logistics.
How does TECHVED ensure seamless service deli- very for clients across diverse global regions?
TECHVED delivers flawlessly worldwide, spanning India, USA, Middle East, South- east Asia and South Africa, with time- zone-synced teams and agile frameworks. Collaborative platforms enable real-time tracking, culturally aligned solutions and dedicated client service for unwavering com-
munication. This strategy powers services for diverse global clients, from Mumbai banks to Dubai enterprises.
What strategies do you use to maintain a balance between user-centric design and technological advancements?
We start with deep user research into India’s diverse user behaviours like multi- lingual preferences. We then layer AI/AR/ VR to solve pain points without complexity. TECHVED’s design-led engineering keeps innovations intuitive, as in our BFSI apps tested for semi-urban users. This balance creates natural-feeling solutions, evident in enterprise platforms adopted nationwide.
“High Quality on Time, We Swear by It” is your company motto. How do you ensure this promise is consistently fulfilled?
“High Quality on Time, We Swear by It” drives our processes through rigorous and balanced methodologies, automated qual- ity assurance pipelines and client-aligned milestones that prevent delays. We embed accountability via daily stand-ups, predic- tive analytics for timelines and a culture of ownership, consistently delivering 100% on-time projects. This commitment has earned us 125+ awards and repeated Fortune 500 business.
How does TECHVED stay ahead in adopting and implementing cutting-edge technologies like AR/ VR, AI, and the Metaverse?
TECHVED invests in India-based R&D labs for AR/VR, Metaverse and we have
our own AI ecosystems (video AI, agentic systems, chatbots) with proven deployments like immersive healthcare training, especial- ly in remote areas as well as blockchain-se- cured virtual spaces. Our 18+ years of combined expertise and partnerships enable rapid prototyping and integration into client ecosystems. We continuously upskill teams and monitor trends to pioneer solutions for communication AI, video AI and agentic AI.
