I also cleared the home of the negative
energy and entities holding such dark times
in this space.
The transformation was almost instant and
three months later I received a message tell-
ing me that they had agreed to send her chil-
dren home to her. I felt so emotional to read
those words. To know that I had played my
part in healing the whole family and not
just my clients. That these children were
coming home to a Mum who loved them
very much.
How has your personal journey
of overcoming ancestral trauma
and generational programming
shaped your professional
approach to coaching and
healing?
Through my own journey
of clearing the Ancestral
programming around being a
single mum and money I have
been able to release myself
from the relentless bust and
boom cycle that I feel so
many business owners expe-
rience. The majority of the
work is done at a deep, inner
level, as well as within the
conscious and subconscious
mindset. Through my own
experiences, I am a guiding light
for my coaching clients as I walk
them through their own journey
of letting go of the blocks to
abundance. I show them how to
take the path that will move them
from blocked to blessed.
What inspired you to create
VIBE, your coaching program
for heart-centered entrepreneurs,
and what unique elements does it
offer compared to other coaching
programs?
VIBE is the product of my work
as a Spiritual Business Coach
for the last 7 years. I know that
so many light-workers, healers,
therapists, teachers, readers,
trainers, those who are here to be the
difference in the world struggle with
the programming about being spiritual
and wealthy so I wanted to create a space
where they can have access to affordable
coaching.
I see too many genuine Healers and Ther-
apist abandoning their gifts because they
are blocked through 3D mind programming
and because they have no
business know-how.
In VIBE I show them how
to manifest their dream
business whilst fulfilling their
purpose and creating their
own rich life.
How do you stay updated

in the spiritual and coaching industries?
Whilst I am a fully qualified Entrepreneur
and Spiritual Coach, I don’t follow trends. I
see so many Coaches doing this to mon-
ey-jack trends and for me this screams that
coaching is not actually their purpose in this
world. What I do, do though, is continue to
develop myself spiritually and personally so
that I can pass that knowledge on.
How has your approach to spiritual coach-
ing evolved since you first started in the
field?
My coaching has evolved to be far more en-
ergy, visionary and vibration based now than
strategy based. It is also not about hitting six
figures, it is about creating your own personal
version of what a rich life looks like because
that is abundance, that is love.
What role does intuition play in your busi-
ness decisions, and how do you balance it
with more traditional business strategies?
Intuition is everything! I teach this as part
of my coaching.
What strategies do you employ to main-
tain boundaries while working with clients
on deeply personal spiritual matters?
I maintain strong energetic boundaries. As a
Heyoka Empath it is essential that I do. I also
ensure I am scheduling self care time and
encourage all my clients to do so too.
In what ways do you think the increased
interest in spirituality since the pandemic
has changed the industry?
The pandemic was the great awakening.
A time of opportunity. Opportunity for us to
unplug from generations of conditioning and
open our minds to choosing to live in differ-
ent ways. To want something different in life.
The increase is spirituality is a hug indicator
of this as people know they need to learn to
go within for those answers. To find a new
way of being and experiencing this world.
